What to include

Send your notice via our contact form with the following:

Your name, address, phone, and email.
A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
The URL on Daily Dog Quiz where the allegedly infringing material appears.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review every notice. If the claim looks valid, the content will be removed or disabled. We may also notify the user who posted it. False or bad-faith notices can carry legal consequences for the sender.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can submit a counter-notice with the same contact details, identifying the removed material and stating your good-faith belief that the removal was an error.
